The British manufacturer, of some of the most advanced Night Vision and Thermal Imaging systems, Thermoteknix approached us with a concept for some advertising and marketing images for their military and law enforcement range of products. They were looking to create a range of images that featured their products in a dark night environment, originally we looked at shooting on locations, but with the restraints on locations and light difficulties, we decided to shoot all in studio.
Lynx Crash / Four Casualties / Contact Right...... Wait Out!
As the trip flairs illuminated the area and sounds of gunfire rung out in the frigid still cold of the air, it was now time for me to go to work. Hitting the shutter button, quickly adjusting for the now piercing light that enveloped the simulated crashed helicopter, and checking my histogram. Capturing the training exercise to test battlefield casualty drills was underway.
The plan... Convert Tim's office into a photo studio and shoot some stonkingly badass images for The Heresy Groups new artwork across their social media channels..... Mission Accepted...

And its a wrap!!!... Winter advertising shoot out dartmoor! What on earth was I thinking when I came up with the idea. The Alarm clocks went off at 4:30 am to be on the road and on location for the Blue Hour as the twighlight of the morning popped its head up over the Okehampton ranges.....
